Fortis Hotels is committed to maintaining professional hygiene standards and provides continuous training for housekeeping staff to ensure that the group maintains a high standard of cleanliness. Our hotels’ health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and cover everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest room and public areas.

  • Maintain social distancing – maintain at least one-metre distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
  • Practice respiratory hygiene – covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose of the used tissue immediately.
